Our Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses, candles, or greenery (plants). All other products from our collections—including accent pillows, lighting fixtures, and furniture—are eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
