We take 1-2 business days to process your order before shipping. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, and we’ll notify you if any delays occur.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking
  • Perfect for larger decor items and furniture

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary by destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Our 15-day return policy reflects our commitment to quality and your satisfaction. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges as outlined below.

Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Mattresses
  • Candles & Candleholders
  • Greenery (plants)

All other products—including our elegant accent pillows, sophisticated lighting fixtures, and hand-selected furniture—are eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for a smooth process.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you wish to exchange the item
  • Specify the replacement item you desire (from our current collection)

We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return. For price differences in exchanges, we will either refund the difference or invoice you for the additional amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
